to all of you for your lovely comments iplated some geraniums two weeks ago which had been stuck in my daughters motherinlaws back garden still in the trays from where they were bought two weeks before that fogotton about because she was taken to hospital i thought they had no chance but they are just starting to flower sorry mytyping skills are not up to much i am still learning i still dont know how to put photos on yet but when i learn ihave some lovely flower pictures ikeep forgetting my spaces capitals and full stops so bear with me i was so good at english at school too the three chinese giant peony trees i have seem to be doing okay except one of them two are full of leaves and small new shoots but the other one hardly has any just a late bloomer isuppose igt them from qvc and it was said it could be up to two years until flowers appear i love the gardening shows on there you get so much information and tips and most of the plants come from thomson and morgan any way ive rambled enough ithink now so until next time bye cindycarol

You'll soon get the hang of it Cindycarol, your typing is fine... my sister bought me a Peony Tree this year for my birthday its only about 8" tall and I must say it looks like it could be quite a few years before I get a bloom off this one!!!!!

Hi Cindycarol and welcome to GOY. As Dido says, you will soon get the hang of I bought a tree peony from QVC last year and was told the same thing about it taking at least 2 years to flower. It looks really healthy though and should flower next year with a bit of luck....:o)
