iv moved up in the world!!!

well folks im so excited to say I now have a greenhouse!!!!!!!!!!! a proper glass greenhouse, fair enough its missing a few panes but totally fixable and all for the grand sum of a thankyou card and a bunch of flowers!! free gratis.
I set up a site on facebook for anybody that wanted to trade garden things and through one person and another I got a greenhouse, just down the road from me, the lady had just moved in and had no want or need for it, which is quite sad but hey ho, I love it and will love it even more when I have beautiful flowers!!! oh and tasty tomatoes x

looking through everyones blogs, waow all your gardens are so colourfull, full of things blooming all over the place, all my plants are in that sleepy just coming mode, they have had buds on for ages and im just waiting for them to burst, though some things give spots of colour and interest here n there.

and here is how our fruit and veg are doing

and the fruit

raspberry bush, hopefully we will get fruits this year, they never ripened last year.

oh and my little alpine strawberries, iv got this pot and have little plants dotted about the garden, I love how sweet they are.

just a few things that haven’t flowered yet, if you can guess what they are, you get a brucey bonus ha ha x

I love lambs ear, this is the first year Its grown and im intrigued to see what the flower looks like

this was a canna that I bought for 50p at the end of the season last year, wouldn’t have given tuppence for it, its been through the mill and spent most of the winter in my close, its been snapped, eaten, infested and to me I think its came out pretty well all things considered.

this is my wee pond area, not really tended to it much since last year, just weeded and tidied x

Thats the bargain of the year. I paid £200 for a smaller one, which included alumium staging (3 at £75 each when new.)
