A harmless little Joke ;)

A new business was opening and one of the owner’s friends wanted to send

him flowers for the occasion. The flowers arrived at the new business site and
the owner read the card: “Rest in Peace.”
The owner was annoyed, and called to complain.“Sir, I’m really sorry for the
mistake, and sorry you were offended,” said the florist. "But even worse, somewhere
there is a funeral taking place today, and they have flowers with a note saying,
“Congratulations on your new location.”

It made me laugh too. On our 25th wedding anniversary my husband thought hewould surprise me with a bouquet of flowers from the local garden centre/florist. My older daughter was here when they arrived and picked up the pieces of me. I got a wired wreath in the shape of a bouquet. The card was correct. I was devastated. She took it back immediately and asked what was going on. They too had had a lot of flowers to do for a funeral that am and the cards had been mixed up. My flowers had already gone to the cemetary so I did not get them and they took the others back. My OH was in the dog house for a long time although we laugh about it now.

I am down in Somerset and feeling a bit under the weather however it was nice and sunny this afternoon so I went along to the rocky mountain nursery and found a heuchera which I do not have. We laugh about my "funeral flowers "now but I was very upset at the time. 2013 will see us celebrate 50 happy years together so we got over it lol. I am looking after the next generation and it is very tiring. They are good children but are so active you need eyes in the back of your head to keep up.
