WOW YDD I agree with Dawn. I hope you have a conservatory to put them in, if not OH had better get busy before next spring. I'd hate these to stand out in all weathers. And what a clever shopper you are.

Nice chairs, could do with one of them, have been up since 5.00am with my back and can't find a comfortable place to sit. Yours look just the ticket. enjoy.

Grannyb - don't know the problem with your back, but when mine acts up I lay on the floor with my bum against the front of a settee or chair, bend my legs and rest them on the seat. This makes the 'small' of my back completely flat and rested and generally, after around 15 minutes, clears off the ache. Such resting might give you some respite? Or, there's another ballerinas' trick - lay on the floor with your bum against the wall and your legs up the wall. Similar action - same result. :o)

Nariz, I suffer with a trapped nerve, have done since the birth of my first son. Sometimes I have no bother for months then one little tweke and I'm back to trying to find comfort in any position.

Went to the quacks this morning...Advice GIVE UP GARDENING......WHAT?????? LET SOMEONE ELSE DO IT....WHAT IS THE POINT THEN OF HAVING A GARDEN??????

So back to lying on my back lifting the leg in the air and pulling gently towards my head, this helps release the nerve. Very painful though.
