A few plants in the sun...

First off i must say sorry to all that i havn’t had time to look at your pics and blogs, i will get round to it soon, it’s just so busy at the moment.

To start a cheery Red Alstro. nice and bright :-)

The clump i have it a reasonable size, with penstemon behind… all got to go this autumn so if any one wants some of this alstro, your more than welcome to it..

The wandering, spreading Campanula in front of my raised bed, i’m training it to grow along so the path ends in Campanula….

My Chatterbox orchid is doing well i’ve hand pollinated them too so they should seed around…

The Eucomis Bicolour seed pods are swelling nicely, i’m looking forward to trying to get these to grow…

My Penstemon bed there are 4 different types here, although i am getting rid of these too, so again if there are any takers let me know….

This is my Butterfly wing orchid, very nice plants but the slugs and snails love them to…

closer of the flower, you can see why it’s the butterfly orchid…

This is a seed grow passiflora and i’m not sure which one, it was in a pack of south american seed bulbs, so as soon as i saw the passion fruit leaf i had to grow it to see which one it is…

I said to my Holly ok pick a flower any one you want about 2 years ago and she picked this… pink astilbies but i tried it in a few places and it hated it so i though what the hell put it in my pond bog garden…..

And talk about take off, i only put this here late last year it was a small pot… it really likes it here….

And finally a red lily to cheer us all up :-)

Hope your all fairing ok and are well, and thanks for looking…

Life gets busy and takes over sometimes doesn't it. Don't worry too much about catching up.
Lovely photos of your plants. It will be interesting to see if that orchid seeds about.

How kind and generous Surrey!! Not a good idea though. As you've pointed out elsewhere I think....postage would be ridiculous. Plus I doubt they would survive the journey. Also I think it is illegal to receive live plants from overseas?? Think it has something to do with unkown and unwanted pests being introduced.
Thank you again!! :)))

no that is true Lil :-)

What an interesting selection you have there, SL. I really enjoyed that blog. The soft pink of that Astilbe is gorgeous. Is Holly your daughter, I wonder as that is a real little girl's choice?
I know what you mean about things getting too busy. Last year, I had to disappear for a while from GOY, as I just couldn't keep up with everything.
