Well we had some snow over night not a lot just enough cause disruption every were.
Having just got over one upset since we’ve moved, we’ve got another one. I happen to notice how wet it was above the window, having worked it out it was the central heating leaking up in the loft,so today were having all the pipe work changed. It will be lovely to have heating back in the bedroom which we’ve been with out while it’s been bitterly cold.
When we moved our bungalow was virtually just a shell no cupboards anywhere apart from kitchen. So my husband built all my wardrobes and along worktop in the bedroom which we had to take apart this morning, while taking out the draws guess who jump in, Stripes, he thought this was great into everything.
My first upset was in our lounge when we had very heavy rain, you got it we had a leak in the ceiling, a broken tile. Thats all fixed now.

Things always seem to go wrong when they are most needed! Fortunately for us the housing association we rent our flat from did their annual check up of the boiler just a few weeks ago. Our heating is doing fine so I feel sorry for you & hope the trouble can be fixed in double quick time & that by the time evening comes around you will have you heating up & running again & feel nice & warm once again! :-))

Only 1- 2cm of snow here Monday night. After a cloudy day yesterday we are back to glorious sunshine - just wish it were warm sunshine! LOL!

Thank you all, still no heating or hot water. My bungalow looks as though a bombs been dropped. I thought all this had finished when we moved in,that was an absolute nightmare we had at one time 3 lots of different work men working.
Hows all your cleaning skills ?? or painting skills come to that. lol

If only we lived a lot closer I'd pop around & help out with the painting! Sorry to hear things are so bad. This terribly cold weather only makes things a lot worse & leave you feeling more miserable.

I really hope you can get things back to normal by the weekend.
