stormy skies

The sky looked much the same down here at 1pm, then there was a hail storm and it returned to a bright blue ! Very strange weather today.

My hubby spent the morning and early afternoon fishing in glorious sunshine, but got trapped in his car in our driveway because of the rain, lol, amusing when one sees the size of his fishing brolly.

yes i got similar ~ but you could see the dark clouds on one side and the blue on the other ~ not usually as clear as that here. then we got a rainbow!

We have escaped this kind of sky today but have had some rain off and on, wind and it is pretty chilly.

Your photo does highlight the pampas....and did you get any pampas for yourself, Sticki?

no, wish i had, i think it would look great in the front garden but it wasnt cheap and i spent the money on one of those little plastic greenhouses, it was on offer and had a fleece cover as well as the plastic one

Well I think the little greenhouse with a fleece cover will serve you well and you'll be able to "save" some cuttings and plants that otherwise would fail. Good luck with your greenhouse....you'll have to give us a peek when you've got it up and running, Sticki :)
