Nowadays this is the look..succulents,a few jungly plants and of course Redwoods someplace. That’s the standard for the San Francisco bay area landscape.
With another OLD Pepper tree..
Cherimoya-tropical fruit tree with the Tree Fern.
That last tree is Chinaberry…big and old.

Thanks All.
It was in the 20c range? Sounds like the bay area is midways between UK spring and Miami type weather. Not warm and summer like Miami is right now...but not cold or bitter winds like back east.
When the sun is out? a T shirt is good enough ..but cloudy weather is hoodies. I would say a sweatshirt...but hoodies make sweatshirts mostly for Dinosaurs nowadays.

That's not my yard..none of the plants mine, Seagirl. Its just me doing what a birder does,only with plants.

That is one fantastic tree in the third photo, wonder how old it is, in fact all of them look good, looks a very attractive area, I do like the front garden with the rockery Stan...
