Heat Prepared Onion Duo Pack Hytech - Good Bolt Resistance Bolt resistant variety producing uniform firm round onions. These have a superb slightly sweet flavour making them ideal for eating either raw or cooked. Good skin set makes this one ideal for long term storage. Hyred - The First Red Hybrid to be Offered as a Set! Produces a more rounded shaped bulb than Red Baron. It also has a deeper colour and a stronger flavour. Excellent internal flesh quality and a very good skin means that it can be stored for a longer period after harvest. Plant March – April. Harvest August – September.
