Heritage Collection Swiss Chard Five Colour Silverbeet produces a rainbow mix of vibrant stem and leaf colours. This decorative vegetable is perfect for borders and containers.

Swiss Chard is high in vitamins A K and C as well as being rich in minerals dietary fibre and protein. It is best steamed but the young and tender baby leaves and stems can be added to salads.

Cropping: 60 days

Sowing:
Sow seed thinly 1cm deep in drills 30cm apart.

Growing:
Thin seedlings to 23cm apart when large enough to handle thinnings are suitable for using in salads.

Aftercare:
Harvest stems as required picking only a few from each plant. Stands well in condition without bolting.
