As the name suggests Pansy Mello? 21 has twenty-one different bicolours and shades ranging from black right the way through to white. The flowers are a fantastic size without being too big well rounded firm smooth and upward facing. They are held clear of the small foliage and are ideal for bedding and borders adding a wonderful range of colour to your garden.
