Salad Leaves - Sorrel Blood Veined Seeds provide a colourful salad leaf that will add a zesty sharp but pleasant taste and texture to mixed salads. Ideal used in soups and sauces this also makes an attractive plant in your flower border.

Sow: For salad leaves sow March - May outdoors. Sow thinly 13mm deep in drills 30cm apart in soil that has been raked to a fine tilth.

Growing: Thin plants to 7.5cm apart once they are big enough to handle. Thin once more allowing up to 25cm spacing for full size plants.

Aftercare: Harvest young leaves as required picking only a few from each plant.
