Eryngium 5 Bareroot Plants
Garden Centre > Plants > Perennials > E

Perennial Eryngium known as Sea Holly makes an eye-catching addition to any border and an attractive cut flower with their pretty purpfle flower heads.
Provided the soil is not waterlogged or frozen you can plant straight into the garden. Bare root plants should usually be planted about an inch below the surface. Gently water them in and then water as necessary until the next good rain or during dry periods. Removing faded flowers will generally encourage a second flush of colour in many plants. Each autumn cut plants back to ground level after flowering.
