HRH Prince of Wales created Duchy Originals in 1990 due to his belief in the clear advantages of organic farming; the production of natural and healthy foods and sound agriculture which helps to regenerate and protect the countryside and wildlife.
Dwarf Bean Maxi produces quick maturing crops of pods which form above the leaves for easier harvesting and are delicious steamed boiled or stir fried.

Sow May to July outdoors directly into rich well prepared soil in a sunny spot. Sow 3 or 4 seeds together 4cm deep allowing 20cm between each group of seeds in the row and 45cm between rows. These are also ideal for growing in large pots and containers. When growing hoe regularly and keep watered adding mulch during hotter dry periods. Harvest June to October and pick pods regularly whilst young for heaviest yields and to extend the season.
