HRH Prince of Wales created Duchy Originals in 1990 due to his belief in the clear advantages of organic farming; the production of natural and healthy foods and sound agriculture which helps to regenerate and protect the countryside and wildlife.
Cauliflower Goodman is a reliable vigorous late summer maturing cauliflower. It has firm pure white heads and as a flavoursome option in the kitchen steam the florets or bake in a tasty traditional cheese sauce.

Sow March to May thinly in a well-prepared seedbed 13mm deep. Transplant when they are large enough to handle approximately 5 weeks after sowing to well prepared soil in a sunny spot. Allow 60cm between plants each way and plant firmly and water in. Harvest July to September.
