River trip (for Wildrose and Bampy)

Thanks - yes it was lovely. We THINK it's the Great Ouse (we were between Hemingford Grey and Cambridge).

So nice SB, makes me want to get out there. I have lock keys for the Great Ouse so may get on the water one more time this year but definately next year is planned for that one. Lovely reflective photos.

there are nice walks nearby, some near the river.

Houghton Mill is a good place to visit, restored & working mill. Took the children there a few times when they were young, also took our caravan there for a few days. Might look into a canoe trip round there at some point.

they sell wholemeal flour too!

we bought some flour on our last visit ST, as I make all our own bread I should like to try their w/meal,

its good, i used it in the rhubarb crumble tonight!!
