Why is the seed exchange so quiet?

It is seed collecting season here in the UK and yet there seems no interest in the seed exchange of Grows On You. Why is this? What can I do to promote this function?

put it in the Google search function. The word EXCHANGE is enough
pretty silly to have a feature you can't find though

If you just put a blog about seeds you would like to exchange, i'm sure someone will get back to you, who would like to do the same thing.

Then the seed exchange which was set up in Oct 2007 is not being used to its full potential.
I have used the "contact us" feedback to see if I can get a link on the homepage.
Will keep you updated.

How do you find the seed exchange? I have looked around the headings etc and cant find it.
