Not been on here for ages! Life got in the way! I’m still here and feeling a lot better, garden is a bit too much for me these days so I have a lovely man comes and does the borders and cuts the grass for me. I do still like to grow my own seeds and do my baskets and pots though. Rocky is still with us he’s 10 this year! ( Staffie for those that don’t know) he’s a bit more grey around his muzzle but still running through the park 😁🐶
The pond we had built a couple of years ago is doing well, fish still alive!

I’ve been buying Orchids in the last year have got hooked!

Not much to show in the garden yet, I need another archway as the old one gave up in the high winds we had, must get that sorted soon as the Clematis are sprouting!
It’s nice to catch up with you all, I’ll try and keep up better now life has calmed down a bit! 😁

I like your garden. It has good bones and you can do a lot with it. Don't think of it a one huge monumantal task - but a lot of little manageable tasks that you can handle a little at a time. Do I see a goldfish in the lily pond?

I love growing my own plants from seed. I'm growing my own day lilies from seed pods I clipped off the mother plant last year. I kept the pods in the refrigerator all winter long and now have 5 baby day lily plants growing on my windowsill. I hope things are going better for you and welcome back! Happy St. Patrick's Day!

I too seem to have accumulated several Orchids. Some I felt sorry for when the Supermarket reduced them to 99p after they had flowered and some were given by various people who got fed up with them!
Your yellow one looks lovely. If you keep up on here, you are doing better than I am!

Nice to see you back! You are lucky to have found someone to help with the garden.Gardeners are like gold dust round here. I just had a quick look at your summer garden - so pretty, and something to really look forward to. Your orchids are attractive colours

Good idea to have help with the garden but it's great that you still do some in the way of sowing and baskets etc.

I wondered if I would know anyone on here now I've been away so long and was delighted to see your blog pop up. Glad you and Rocky are doing well. My darling Millie is now 14ish and, although very deaf and has a little arthritis, she still enjoys a slow, very slow, walk. I think gardening is going to save our sanity during these difficult and rather frightening times. Take care all Goyers whether old or new 🙂
