Hi all,

hope you have all had a good weekend so far.
Today i just want to share with you all a site i’ve found that will help all you seed growers…

it isn’t to buy seeds but has every description of every plant you can imagine.

it is really good and after abit of getting use to the site layout its invaluble, i just clicked everything (as it is all in latin names).

lol i think he looks quite cool, they dont seem to eat plants just they are EVERYWHERE lol. literally the new ant in my area.

That is a ladybird lavae. Definitely to be encouraged. They eat aphids, pupate, lay eggs which hatch and eat more! And very cool too. Thanks for the tip about the seed site. i'll have a look.

wow i never knew ladybirds were these things first.
they look nothing like a ladybird though i have just started noticing some big ladybirds about so thanks :)

Thanks. I will have a look at that later on.
I wish we had those bugs here. I only saw one ladybird last year, and it was the first one for many years. I used to see lots of the larvae and adults aswell. I don't know why they have become se rare.
Nice flowers in your g/parents garden :)

We have lots of ladybirds this year though last year we had lots of the european ones, I have not seen so many this year.
The pupa is somewhere between a larva and ladybird in shape. You see them glued onto leaves or sometimes twigs or wood in the garden.
