My daughter took these photos of her bunny ‘Hunny’ eating weeds.

He absolutely loves dandelions, flowers then roots then lastly the leaves.

We have an elderly rabbit also called Hunny...she is 12 years old and very doddery now,but loves dandelions too !!

Its a lovely rabbit,Sbg,and a lovely colour.Thats one way of stopping them going to seed all over your garden ....

he is lovely but not nearly as old as your's bb. I think he is 4yrs .

Neither rabbits are allowed to run free in the garden as there are too many cats prowling round. They would also eat the other flowers.

Ours goes in a small run Sbg.You would laugh...she moults such a lot we put out her fur on the lawn..and the birds have been using it to line their nests ! Recycling at its best !

Have to get a rabbit for the allotment then! There are tons of them there! After a couple of years we could have rabbit stew or pie! ;-) (wink)
