i looked up on net shirley and there were tabs or liquid to take but at a price which i dont mind if you know it will work, im a bit scared as ive tried things from health shop and ended up being worse, the last things i got came to almost £50 and after a few days ended up so bloated and full of pain i had to go see my doc, she told me not to go to health shops and take anything like that again ;o(( so can see why im hesitant cant you, feel a little better today but not 100% at moment x

funny how seeing something reminds you of a time in your life, all memories stored in our data base so to speak, and a wonderfull flower to have in memory david, im loving looking at this each day, its so bright and cheerfull, thanx ;o)))

thats great shirley, may ask my doc about it as some do believe in natural meds dont they, i hope mine gets sorted shirley as its a visious circle, the acid doesnt help IBS, i dont seem to have a day without some sort of discomfort or pain for months now,
