that sure makes me feel better les, thought it was me being soft haha, i will have them each year as i do like them but i did have rust this year and ended up cutting most of the leaves ;o(

i looked red admiral up ant thats its name it comes here from europe and northamerica in spring through autumn

thats great holly, one of mine is quite tall for a buzz just think its a healthy plant, other shorter but still healthy, hope they get through winter like larger budleija

Alex its gone a bit chilly and with the high winds here feels so cold out of the sun, better today but still long sleeves, lucky you having it hot still ;o))

well if you have greenhouse then pop them in there holly, some trim them before winter but that didnt work for me, hywel just leaves his and prunes in spring when new shoots start if i remember rightly, so im going to do that this time and try keep them warm and away from frost, good luck holly ;o))

lol linda you have got your work cut out with puppy, maybe look up training sugestions on web, some people have small water pistals and just a quich squirt when naughty and soon learn thats a no go, not cruel and when they are good a little treat for it,i taught casper not to go on borders which is hard for a cat, i just kept taking him of quickly even if it was 10 times in a row with a sharp A! sound and its sunk in, so good luck, think i would put them in a pot till puppy knows better ;o))

it is pretty, i love the doubles, had pink last year which was huge, thanx cristina ;o))

i take cuttings and root in water, rain water if poss but tap is ok, once rooted i pot them up, keep them inside over winter and hope for the best cristina ;o))
