Welcome to Goy guys.
It looks like "Bluebird" or C. alpina "Frances Rivis" from your photo, if it is, then it's an early flowering species which will cover that wall in three years which is what you are trying to achieve. They have masses of realy nice nodding wedgwood blue flowers which die off to leave attractive seed heads all season.
Just one point they need supporting ie they dont cling like Ivy and it will soon outgrow the trellis in the pic.
