Thanks so much for your comments Tulsalady,Grandmage and Terra. She was a lovely lady and she would have been pleased that she made someone smile. Thanks Elizabeth, she had a great sense of humour and was always giggling.She sometimes came to stay with us and my hubby really used to make her laugh.She also wrote a long poem about her life when she, my mum and all the rest of the sisters and brothers(10 altogether) were young and I was also sent this. Perhaps I should put this on as well.

I could never be a poet as we can see you need to be very observant. I can see it all when someone puts it on paper. You were very lucky to have such a wonderful aunt. I'd love to read her other poem too. You can add it to this blog?

I have just found the other poem and it is 4 pages long so am not sure I could put this on.
