Found a tree

I found a little tree, maybe Ash? growing in one of my flower tubs so I dug it out and potted it up.

I think it looks quite cute in there ?

Looks like ash saplings I have been digging up along with endless maple saplings.

The whole estate has maple saplings growing in crevices and gardens.

yes and me too Richard, the darned things are all over in my borders and baby oaks too. lol forever pulling them out, too many trees already, surrounded by them lol :O) 80 acres of them to be precise. Enjoy your little tree Richard, be aware it will grow to be a very very big tree eventually.

I am always pulling them up - they get a grip very quickly.

I've also got one in a pot, and an oak tree too lol ... they look nice in pots. Maybe you could make a bonsai out if it :)

I found a similar one crowding my rose bush, and dug it out and potted it. but mine didn't take to it, the leaves drooped and didn't recover, so I cut them back in the hope that it'd grow new ones. doesn't seem to want to know, so at the moment I've got an Ash stick!

Be interested to see how yours gets on
