Miniature Azeleas.They have flowered prolifically but have produced very few leaves.What am I doing wrong?

Give them a high nitrogen feed like Growmore or similar - nitrogen promotes leaf growth. (Strangely, the highest and cheapest source of nitrogen is-first-thing in the morning urine - yours or someone else's. But you might not want to use that, and if they're in pots, you definitely wouldn't use it;-).
