After flowering Incarvillea delavayi ,should I cut the stem

I don't know about this plant.Try to get information from google but don't know from where I should cut the stem after flowering.Help me please

Personally I leave the stems with the flowers on to collect the seed. We have never managed to keep one of these alive over winter, outside, so, seed is an insurance against total loss. I do not think they continue to flower after dead heading in any case.
