I think the Pineapple Thyme may be PINEAPPLE SAGE (see my question below) - this may make some difference!!
Does anyone know if it is hardy please? or any other instructions - thanks.

Usual conditions for herbs - well drained soil, full sun. Its not very hardy in Zone 8 (which is the UK) but where you live, if you have it in a very sheltered spot which doesn't get waterlogged in winter, you might get it through to next year.
