I ran across a few of these plants today, but have no idea what they are. Any ideas?

they look very much like poppies, some arrived in my garden a few years ago,let them flower, and if you like the colour, leave them to self seed

I think you have more than one plant there, Harli! Looks like an everlasting sweetpea and the yellow flower - maybe a poppy?

I think you have sweet peas and oenothera (evening primrose) growing together... There is a flower called Ozark sundrops...look like primrose but plant is very low growing...and the flower is large about the size of an orange...very bright yellow flower shaped like a cup. Some more for you to google.

How do I say thanks?
