It looks like tufted vetch to me, but I may well be wrong. It's a wild flower that is quite often grown in gardens.

At first glance, looks like Indigofera to me, lilac flowered version.... but I think Melchisedec is right, its a vetch...

Now I was wondering if it was one of the Galega officinalis forms.

I only recognised it as I have spent so many hours trying to get rid of it. Be warned, if suited, it can go for miles.
