Should my passion flower be showing signs of sprouting any growth by now please?

Its been on a sheltered north facing wall flowering well for 5 years but this year looks completely dead (this years' severe frosts perhaps??)

Hi, mine is always slow to show any signs of life, and it was quite late again last year. This year, again, nothing as yet. But we live in hopes. Keep your fingers crossed.

We've decided to call it a day with mine now. It looks to be dead as a Dodo. We've put Clematis init's place and that seems to be doing well.
