Why are my all my roses look like their dying from rust
spot,I spray them regularly, two - three weeks.
even the new shoots are wilting. i use Roseclear is there
something better. can I prune them right down to base.

As far as I know, there is no real cure for rust once it takes hold, except to pick off the affected leaves, or prune the plants to ground level and wait for them to grow again' destroying all the cut foliage. Then recommence spraying.
