why have my acer trees got white spots ?

does anyone know what white spots on an acer tree means and how i can get rid of them also my acer trees are turning a little bit green?
if anyone has any advice please help.
i meanwhite spots on leaves which are not fluffy.

the white spots are on the leaves. the leaves are also turning green

Don't know quite what you mean by white spots - do you mean white and fluffy spots on the leaves, powdery spots, or actual white spots in the body of the leaf? Or do you mean white spots on the trunk and bark?
