i bought a bouganvilla plant ikeep it in my conservatory it has been in for a few monthes it is full of foilage but it will not flower but two more i bought at the same time are

Is it variegated? Those are notoriously shy to bloom. Also, those with a strong B. spectabilis heritage tend to bloom only when the days are short.

Different cultivars may flower after a different length of time. Have they all got the same amount of light/warmth/food etc?
