Can anyone identify this plant and how to help it please?

I've been told this may be an avacado but I'm not sure. However its leaves keep going brown from the tip and then gradually all over until they fall off. I recently replanted it with better drainage but am wondering if its being overwatered/need more sun? Any advice appreciated!

It isn't an avocado
Looks like an umberella tree to me. If it is they don't like to be moved and they don't like draughts.
