I think I have a cala lily

I bought a beautiful cala lily last year with one stem on it. This year it hasn't bloomed at all and the leaves are very small though dark green - what am I doing wrong?

Is it indoors or out? They usually bloom in summer so might not be time yet. When you buy them they are often 'forced' or shipped in from somewhere else but bloom at the normal 'British' time once here.
