best composters

I realise I can no longer turn, dig over and manipulate garden compost as I once did and have to succumb to a new plastic composter that will hopefully give me less work! Do you have any advice on the best ones available?

I've just bought a rolling composter Colpen.Its like a reinforced pvc barrel with handles and a velcro closing .You pop everything in as you go and just roll it over every now and then along the ground .It produces 150 ltrs every few weeks with activator added and its small enough to keep by the back door .I'll let you know how effective it is in time .

I have one with hinged metal arms but it is difficult to use and works best if you push it in at an angle and twist it a bit as you pull it out. I think it was from Kleeneeze. I was a bit underwhelmed with it to tel you the truth.
