Plumeria, Rubra (grown from seed in its 4th year): I think I should repot so what kind of compost does it like (acid or alkali) and should I use rainwater or tap?

I presume you,re growing it in a greenhouse, so john innes no2 with some extra grit added is ideal, outside, if it was warm enough, it would just need ordinary fertile soil, well drained, Derekm.
