I have a Forest Fire (dont know what the proper name is) ive had it a few years now but the last 2 years its more forest than fire....theres no red on it at all.

You probably mean Pieris of some variety. As Ojibway implies, its the new growth which comes through red, so if there's no red, there's no new growth.

The new red shoots may have got frost-damaged (like mine). Have a close look and prune off any obviously dead shoots, back to healthy growth. It might put on a second flush of growth afterwards.
