No I wouldn't feed them.

Depends on soil preparation as to whether or not they need feeding at a later date.
Too early yet, but after they have been flowering for a few weeks, maybe early July, they can be given a weekly feed of Chempak No 8 soluble fertiliser, depending on how they look.
More important for sweet peas is maintaining moisture in the soil during dry spells to keep the stems nice and long.
