Another question, I have lots of seedlings about 2/3 inches high of Cosmos Polydor I have raised, they are now in the cold frame, is it too early to plant them out in the garden?

Yes Anita wait until all risk of frost is past. Later in the month you need to harden them off by taking the lid off the cold frame during the day, unless the weather is bad, and putting it back on at night.
