garden peas

i have some garden peasin 3inch plant pots ,they have to be either potted on or shall i chance putting them in the garden now,i know we are in april next week but is it warmed up enough for them to survive or shall i leave them as they are any tips ,thanks

If you are to put them out , they will need hardening off. But I wouldn't risk putting them out yet, unless they are under a cloche of some sort for protection. I have some which |I've grown in Peat pots and are still in my cold frame. I have a mini polytunnel/cloche on the soil to warm it up for a couple of weeks before I'll plant them out. They may be ok, but I'd aire on the side of caution, pot them on and wait a little while but then protect them if there are frosts.
