Looks like an acorn or oak to me??

It's difficult to gauge the leaf size from the pictures, but it looks like something that grows a lot round here - sessile oak. If it is, it tends to make rather scrubby growth and isn't particularly beautiful when full-grown

I agree it is an oak not a fruit tree at all.

Ha! Ha! I noticed what I had wrote ( Acorn or Oak ) lol silly me an Oak has Acorns lol well it was late at night and I was tired Dahhhh. :o))
