Bok Choy.... So I was wondering how can I use the seeds? Such as do they need to be stored or dried or even frozen. Also can I save the other plants before they flower?

Thanks Seaburngirl. The others haven't grown very much, could I leave them and just keep cutting of the flower? Also how to I collect the seed, can I just take of the pods? or do I have to wait for them to fall?
