it looks like one of the impatiens. We have one that is causing problems in the wild called Himalyan Balsam. it is a garden escapee. Dont know if it is the same one though. sorry cant be any more help.

Thanks to all of you ladies, and or gentlemen that have assisted me in this search. I have do some more research and come to the conclusion that, this plant is more of a headache than it is worth it... Some have compaired it to the plant Kudsu... :-( :-(
