How tall before I prick out the tops of fuchsias?

Ive potted on some fuscia plugs how tall should they be before pricking out the tops to encourse bushyness

Better late than never but i prick mine out after two set of leaves and keep that up till reaching the size you require. Remenber though it will be at least 6 weeks but normally 8 or 9 weeks from last pinch to flowers, depending on variety.
