Would it be a good idea to plant my bulbs with some dog muck as a nutrient?

Farmer, the only thing I would recommend would be to throw the dog muck on your next bonfire and plant your bulbs in normal compost.

Never use "manure" of any animal that eats meat

That does include chicken that eat their own offal which is put into their food.
