I know how to cuttings, but seeds would be good.

You may not have any viable seed - if the flower has been pollinated, it forms a spike, about half an inch long, tapering to a point. When that's mature, harvest it, but you might find nothing inside. If your pelargoniums are F1 hybrids, the seed won't be viable.
