what are the marks on my potato? we grew some of the same in a potato barrel and they didnt have it on

Scab nothing to worry about just scrub the skin and they will be fine or peel if you must. Home grown potatoes do not look like the ones sold in supermarkets as the will not accept anything less than their ideal of perfect!
