I was given plants that I was told they were flowers.Well,they look more like very tall shrubs and have yet to see a flower! I am hoping someone can help me with a name so I may look up some info. Thank you

They are a form of White Mugwort (Artemisia lactiflora), and will eventually form sprays of tiny, creamy white, dandelion-like blossoms. Fair warning, though, they can become extremely invasive, so keep your shovel handy!
